Range of Coverage

Tax Insurance and Contingent Liability Insurance – insurance for loss from an excess position on specific tax or non-tax contingent liability (e.g. litigation buyout) risk, both with respect to M&A transactions and apart.
Warranty and Indemnity (W&I) Insurance – insurance for loss arising from the breach of a seller warranty or claim under a tax indemnity in a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) governing a corporate merger/acquisition (M&A). We offer both seller-insured and buyer-insured policies.
