What is Covered

The ML + product is five policies combined into one, with all coverage sections optional other than Coverage Section 1 – Directors and Officers Liability/Company Reimbursement. Cover can be secured on an aggregate limit basis or as separate section limits up to $10m in the aggregate.

• Coverage Section 3 – Employment Practices Liability with limit up to $5m, including an automatic extension with a negotiable sublimit for third party sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Coverage Section 4 – Statutory Liability with limits up to $5m, including automatic extensions with negotiable sub limits for:
  • Workplace health and safety defence costs and Investigations Expenses.
  • Pollution defence costs.
• Coverage Section 5 – Crime Protection with limits up to $5m, including automatic and optional extensions with negotiable sub limit for:
  • Fraud investigator’s costs.
  • Legal fees, costs and expenses.
  • Social engineering fraud with limits up to $250,000.
