Arch Insurance Australia and Arch Lenders Mortgage Insurance Australia are delighted to announce that we have joined Women in Banking & Finance (WiBF).

WiBF is a not-for-profit membership association aimed at increasing the representation of female leaders in the banking and finance sector and addressing gender diversity in the context of business performance. The foundation recognises the outstanding achievements of women across the financial arena and offers a range of programmes to help its members develop and grow their personal and industry potential.

At Arch, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive culture where a variety of opinions are heard and valued through teamwork and collaboration. This approach helps us develop the best new ideas and innovations, empowering us to truly enable possibility.

As Oriana Korban, Senior HR Business Partner, Arch Insurance Australia, explains: “WiBF’s goal is to create an impact across the banking and finance sector, working to improve awareness, gender inclusivity and diversity, and support its members in their professional development aspirations. These are goals that very much align with our D&I value and goals at Arch.”

She added: “Through collaboration, expertise and innovation, we aim to promote progress and inspire our clients, employees, investors and communities to achieve their greatest potential. For Arch, joining WiBF was a natural step in our journey towards ensuring we are truly a great place to work.”
