Arch Insurance Australia (Arch) has announced a series of enhancements to its Journey Personal Accident Insurance product, which is now available via CoverHub, Arch’s online quote and bind platform.

The Journey Personal Accident policy offers organisations comprehensive cover for a wide spectrum of bodily injury claims resulting from incidents experienced whilst traveling to and from work, or on official breaks. The policy provides both lump sum and weekly benefits payments.

The recent enhancements mean the scope of Arch’s insurance policy has been expanded to include cover for corporate image protection, carjacking assault, domestic assistance, family accommodation and transport, out-of-pocket expenses and many more additional benefits.

The updated product is also available for the first time through Arch’s CoverHub. The broker-friendly platform delivers quick-quote and instant-bind functionality, as well as LiveChat access to underwriters, providing the optimum environment for securing bespoke cover in a matter of minutes.

The continuing expansion of the CoverHub platform is significant, said Jarrod O’Connor, Arch’s Underwriting Manager, Accident & Health.

“These are very exciting times,” O’Connor said. “To have a brand-new suite of wordings across multiple products with all types of additional covers in them, along with Business Travel, Individual Personal Accident, Voluntary Workers and now Journey on CoverHub, makes Arch’s Accident & Health proposition stronger and even more compelling than ever.

“At Arch, we really are now a one-stop shop for our brokers across Australia,” O’Connor added. “Whether it’s transacting online with the full support of our internal digital team, or working directly with one of our experienced underwriters, brokers can expect service and coverage levels that are setting new standards for the insurance market.”
