O’Connor appointed Accident and Health Underwriting Manager.


Sydney, 20 September 2022 – Arch Insurance Australia (Arch) has today announced the appointment of Jarrod O’Connor as Accident and Health Underwriting Manager, with immediate effect.

O’Connor is responsible for developing broker relationships and driving further growth in Arch’s accident and health business in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Melbourne, he reports to Dominic Brannigan, Regional Manager of Arch Insurance Australia.

O’Connor is an experienced and accomplished underwriter with over 10 years of experience in the accident and health sector. Prior to joining Arch, he was Underwriting Development Manager for AFA Insurance He also spent eight years at Accident & Health International, rising to National Underwriting Manager.

Commenting on O’Connor’s appointment, Brannigan said: “Jarrod has a wealth of experience in the accident and health market and an outstanding track record in building long term, trusting and responsive relationships. We are delighted to welcome him to Arch, and I have no doubt his deep expertise and innovative approach will help further accelerate our growth in this sector.”
