Arch Insurance Australia has announced the promotion of Chris Carreno to Northern Region Underwriting Manager, Professional Indemnity with immediate effect.
Based in Sydney, Carreno reports to Anthony Hinde, Underwriting Manager, Professional Indemnity, as they continue to build broker relationships and drive further growth across their respective regions.
Carreno is an accomplished underwriter with over 10 years’ experience working in the professional indemnity sector. He joined Arch in 2019 as Underwriter for Professional Indemnity, having previously worked at Steadfast Group.
Commenting on Carreno’s promotion, Hinde said “Chris, who has been with Arch for 5 years has demonstrated an ability to grow both relationships and the PI portfolio in the NSW and Queensland markets during his time as Senior Underwriter. I personally look forward to working with Chris as he continues to develop the Northern Region, and he will play a leading role in further supporting our growth ambitions.”
