Fania Manolias joins Third-Party Claims Team as Senior Claims Handler.

Sydney, 1 September 2022 – Arch Insurance Australia (Arch) has today announced the appointment of Fania Manolias as a Senior Claims Handler within their third-party claims team, with immediate effect.

In this position, Manolias will play a central role in the management of all financial lines claims, as well as supporting the training and mentoring of members of the claims team. Based in Sydney, she will report to Chloe Raleigh, Third-Party Claims Manager.

As a trained lawyer and experienced insurance professional, Manolias brings over 20 years of market expertise to the role. She has extensive knowledge of the financial lines sector and was most recently a senior claims advisor at Marsh specialising in financial and professional lines. She has also held positions at QBE and DWF, as well as working with a London-based TPA providing claims services to Lloyd’s insurers.

Commenting on the appointment, Raleigh said: “Fania is a highly respected insurance professional in the Australian financial lines market.  She brings significant technical and legal expertise to her new role, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
