Vicky Rowlay

National Director, Business Transformation | UK Regional Division

Vicky Rowlay is National Director – Transformation of Arch Insurance’s UK Regional Division, a position which she has held since early 2021. Before her appointment to this role she was the Regional Director – North. Vicky joined Arch as part of its 2019 acquisition of Geo Underwriting from Ardonagh where she was Regional Director in Manchester. Vicky began her insurance career with RSA where she held a number of roles during her time with them. She also enjoyed a short period working with Beaumonts Insurance Brokers
