Shane McCaffrey serves as SVP for Arch Insurance Group, Inc. in North America. Shane joined Arch in 2015 as SVP for Defense Base Act Insurance and Foreign Workers Compensation business. He has 38 years of experience in international insurance, including VP at Starr Insurance and various leadership position in Defense Base Act and Foreign Casualty Insurance at AIG for 30 years. Shane holds a bachelor's degree in History from the Pennsylvania State University.
