Robert Ellis serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Healthcare at Arch Insurance North America. He joined Arch in 2009 as Underwriting Specialist in Executive Assurance. He has more than 20 years of experience in specialty underwriting, including in Management Liability, Distribution and Healthcare. Before joining Arch, he spent six years at RLI in the Management Liability group. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designations.
