Matt Wilson joined Arch Insurance in February 2022 as a Regional Business Development Manager for the Accident and Health team. Matt has more than 20 years of professional experience spanning group benefits, A&H and P&C. Prior to joining Arch, Matt spent 11 years at The Hartford, most recently leading a team of Group Benefits Sales Executives throughout the Western U.S. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a broker specializing in small to midsized employer groups. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
