James Croome serves as Vice President and Active Underwriter for Arch Syndicate 2012, as well as Head of Fine Art & Specie for Arch Insurance International, and has worked at Arch since 2014. Prior to joining the company, James spent over eight years at QBE. He has a bachelor’s degree in History from UCL and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurers.
