Emily Crewe is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arch Insurance Canada Ltd., a position she has held since January 2023. Emily joined Arch Canada in July 2013 as VP Finance and in January 2019 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Emily has more than 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance and has held several progressive management roles throughout that time. In addition to her insurance industry experience, Emily worked at Deloitte, serving audit clients in the technology, manufacturing and consumer goods sectors. Emily received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University and holds a Canadian CPA designation.
