Deanna Cain is Vice President, Claims, for Arch Insurance Canada. She joined Arch in December 2008. Cain has 20 years of claims handling experience within the commercial insurance industry, and she has her Chartered Insurance Professional certificate as well as her Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional and Certified Risk Management designations. Cain is a graduate of Brock University with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She entered the insurance field after working three years in the physical rehabilitation sector.
