Prior to this, he served as SVP and then EVP, P&C Programs and Alternative Markets for Arch, President and COO for SPARTA Insurance Company and President, Captive Programs Division at Travelers/Discover Re. Brian has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
