Brian Finnegan serves as VP in the Financial Services department of Executive Assurance. Brian joined Arch in June 2009 as a Senior Underwriter and has held positions with increasing responsibility. He has 15 years of underwriting management and professional lines for financial service risks, including prior experience at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.. Brian holds a bachelor's in Economics and Finance from York College of Pennsylvania and a master's of Business Administration from Baruch College in New York. He is an RPLU, CPCU.
