Bill Murphy

Bill Murphy serves as Executive VP, Alternative Markets for Arch Insurance. Prior to that, he was a Senior VP and VP within the Alternative Markets business unit. Bill joined Arch in 2014 following the acquisition of SPARTA Insurance Company's captive business. He has over 30 years of insurance carrier and brokerage industry experience, including leadership positions at Chubb, Reliance and AmWINS. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
