We are delighted to confirm that Arch has maintained its Five Stars in this year’s Insurance Times Commercial Lines Star Ratings 2024.
We were awarded the maximum Five Stars for overall service across all five of the areas investigated by the Times’ broker service survey.
The 2024 Commercial Lines Star Ratings are based on the responses of over 550 brokers who completed the Insurance Times 2023/24 Commercial Lines Survey.
