He focuses on how essential broker feedback, such as the demand for quicker response times, underwriters in the offices and empowered underwriters supporting the digital e-trading process, is being embedded into our business strategy and the steps we are taking to combat current broker concerns.

- Continued growth of our mid-corporate book of business, and recent recruitment of three new senior surveyors into the team, offering brokers and their clients key risk management expertise.
