NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Arch Insurance (Arch) today announced that Jim Villa has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Distribution for the Health (A&H) business unit. Villa brings over 25 years of experience establishing and leading A&H businesses and will report to Linda Fallon, Executive Vice President, Travel, Accident & Health.

Villa has a long history of successful A&H leadership. Prior to joining Arch, Villa served as Senior Vice President and Head of A&H at The Hartford and Global Head and Chief Operating Officer, Worldwide Life, A&H at Chubb Group. His career also includes other executive roles at Chubb, Aon and AIG.
