Valerie Turpin is Division President, Property and Marine, for Arch Insurance North America. She has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial property insurance industry, including such roles as Senior Vice President, Property and Special Risks for the Midwest region at AIG; Middle Market Manager at AIG Europe and other underwriting positions in Europe at Scor, Sorema, XL and UAP. She holds a master's degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Geologie de Nancy (France) and a law degree from Universite de Pantheon-Assas (France).
