Arch Insurance Australia Appoints Northern Region Underwriting Manager for Executive Assurance

Fariha Neda will oversee all Executive Assurance-related underwriting activities across the region

Sydney, 18 June 2026 – Arch Insurance Australia (Arch) today announced the appointment of Fariha Neda to Northern Region Executive Assurance Underwriting Manager, effective immediately.

In this role, Neda is responsible for overseeing the underwriting activities across the northern region Executive Assurance portfolio, providing a range of liability solutions including Directors & Officers, Management Liability and Financial Institutions. The northern region encompasses New South Wales, Queensland and Australian Capital Territory. Based in Sydney, she reports to Louise Lumley, Head of Executive Assurance.

Neda joins from FN Insurance Advisory where she was most recently Managing Director. She has also held senior underwriting roles at CFC and CGU Insurance as well as broking roles at Arthur J. Gallagher and Aon Risk Services.

Commenting on the announcement, Lumley said: “We are delighted to have Fariha join the executive assurance team. She brings wide-ranging financial lines experience and strong regional broker relationships to the role. Her broad knowledge across management liability and D&O will be invaluable in supporting our brokers and clients through tailored solutions and enhanced service across the Northern Region.”
