So welcome to Maidstone.

This office is really about bringing together a number of teams.

This is a real multi facility site and one that we see is a great opportunity to expand.

I think what’s different about Maidstone is it’s a relatively new site for us.

So we’ve had the opportunity to take a lot of feedback from brokers as to what they want.

We’ve identified a real clear niche with independent brokers around the UK who just weren’t getting that service from the mainstream insurance.

So we’ve been able to build a team here from scratch that’s been able to service those brokers and we think that’s a differentiator for us.

The Maidstone Hub is designed to give independent brokers across the UK direct access to a dedicated team of experienced property and casualty underwriters.

We deliver fast, flexible solutions backed by real expertise because we understand your needs and are committed to building long term partnerships.

Our team in Maidstone, they have a group of brokers that they work with, independent brokers nationally, and they help those brokers with their new business and existing business requirements.

The classes that we write are property, liability, fleet, motor trade and terrorism.

So, in terms of plans, I think 24-25 was very much about establishing the team here.

Concept worked.

We proved that.

You can see from the setup of the office, we’ve got capacity to expand.

So there’s very much more now about bringing more underwriters into the hub and see where we can take it.

There’s definitely continuous support from the broker.

So yeah, we just want to grow.
