Arch Insurance is proud to announce that its UK Regional Division has been awarded the 2026 Gracechurch Underwriting Service Quality Marque (SQM), marking the third consecutive year of recognition for outstanding underwriting service.
Gracechurch, the independent insurance research consultancy, has awarded its prestigious Underwriting SQM to Arch alongside only three other insurers in the UK Regional Market category.
Underwriting teams were evaluated on service-oriented metrics, including collaboration and customer focus, based on feedback from producing and placing brokers throughout 2025. To achieve the SQM recognition, insurers must exceed the threshold of at least 80% positive ratings over the previous year.
83% of Arch’s service ratings were rated 7/10 or better and service scores were particularly strong in Relationships and Collaboration.
