Ian Grundy and a team at the Arch Birmingham UK branch have been busy supporting Birmingham Children’s Hospital for the last 18 months, undertaking various fund-raising challenges and have raised a fantastic £7,290 so far! Together with some extra financial support from Arch, this has resulted in the Arch team being awarded a ‘Top 100 Supporter’ accolade, and a small tribute on the wall in the hospital with our very own balloon!
The team also recently participated in the Dragon Boat Race 2024 for Birmingham Childrens Hospital earlier this year. The event was held over 2 days and 49 businesses participated.
Ian comments “Arch kindly donated the entry fee and we have raised £3290 as a team which is amazing! As an event it raised over £250k which will make an enormous difference to the charity.
We had a lot of fun and it was a great team building event with members from Underwriting, HR and IT coming together to compete.”
The Birmingham branch hope to continue their efforts in supporting this highly deserving local charity, well done to all!
