Rob Loper serves as Regional Business Development Manager, a position he’s held since joining Arch Accident & Health (A&H) in April 2023. Rob has experience in Claims, Underwriting, Product Development and Business Development in various A&H and Property & Casualty (P&C) capacities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designations.
