Lauren Dieterich

Lauren Dieterich is the Chief Operating Officer for Arch Insurance North America. She joined Arch in January 2023. Prior to Arch she was Head of Operations and Digital, Surplus and Specialty Lines at Crum & Forster Insurance. She also held several roles spanning more than 18 years at American International Group, Inc., including as Head of Operations, North America Retail Property. She holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
