Paul Cullen serves as Chief Risk Officer for Arch Insurance (EU) dac, a position he’s held since November 2021. Prior to joining Arch, Paul spent five and half years with the Central Bank of Ireland as an Insurance Supervisor. Paul is a Chartered Insurer, ACII and LCOI qualified, with industry experience in both life and non-life insurance. Paul holds an Honours Bachelor Business Studies degree from University of Limerick, where he majored in insurance and risk management.
